Welcome to 3D Prints DIY. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 3dprintsdiy.store and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Who we are

3D Prints DIY is a small handmade business based in Dallas, Texas, selling 3D printed toys, figures, and charms. We also operate the Etsy shop AllisonKnitsShop.

3. Our products

Every item is 3D printed and finished by hand, made to order. Because of this:

• Slight variations in color, finish, layer lines, and size are normal and are part of the handmade character of each piece — they are not defects.
• Colors may appear differently on different screens than in person.
• Where an item offers options (such as a color or keychain choice), we make every effort to match your selection.

Our items are decorative collectibles and fidget toys. They are not certified safety toys; please keep small parts away from young children and pets.

4. Orders & pricing

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is unavailable or we identify a pricing error. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free and reserve the right to correct mistakes.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayPal and Stripe. By submitting payment you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured.

6. Shipping

Processing and delivery times, costs, and destinations are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

7. Returns & refunds

Because items are made to order, returns are handled as described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right — please contact us promptly.

8. Intellectual property

All site content — including our designs, photographs, text, and branding — is owned by 3D Prints DIY or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially reproduce our designs or content without our written permission. Purchasing an item grants you ownership of that physical item for personal use only, not the rights to the design.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D Prints DIY is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
